REVEAT is a French restaurant that transitions seamlessly between day and night, catering to diverse atmospheres to match the daily menus and moods. To achieve this, we explored various approaches, including altering the color scheme and adjusting the lighting brightness. Fortunately, we were able to utilize Philips' 'hue' lighting product, allowing us to freely adjust the ambiance. Given the space's high ceilings, we made them the focal point by installing a large structure to evenly distribute changing colors across the ceiling. This pipe-like structure aimed to maintain the grandeur of the space while avoiding any sense of confinement. Additionally, we erected walls ranging from 1500mm to 2400mm in height to ensure guests could enjoy their meals comfortably without feeling overwhelmed by other diners.
